Frequently Asked Questions

Our minimum order is 1 x 20ft container (FCL). This applies to all commodity categories. For mixed loads or smaller quantities, we can sometimes arrange LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments depending on the product and destination.
We support Letters of Credit (LC), wire transfers, and in some cases, payment against documents. The specific terms are agreed upon during the contract phase and documented in the commercial agreement. All transactions are protected by NCNDA agreements.
FOB (Free On Board) Miami means our quoted price includes the cost of goods and loading onto the vessel at PortMiami. The buyer is responsible for ocean freight, insurance, and destination port charges. This gives you full control over your shipping costs and carrier selection.
Typically 12-22 days from initial inquiry to delivery, depending on the commodity and destination. We respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours with a Proforma Invoice. Once terms are agreed and payment is secured, shipping is coordinated within 5-10 business days.
Our commission ranges from 2-5% depending on the commodity, volume, and complexity of the deal. This is fully transparent and agreed upon before any transaction proceeds. There are no hidden fees, retainers, or listing costs.
We primarily serve Caribbean and Latin American markets including Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Barbados, Belize, Guyana, Panama, and Costa Rica. We also facilitate trade with Canada, particularly for specialty and ethnic food markets in Toronto and Montreal.
